JC Lawyers first opened its doors in 2014. Jo Clay, Director, previously worked in Ripley and the Derby area for over 13 years before setting up a bespoke Property Law firm.
JC Lawyers are regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) which means that we are specialists in Property Law. We are an enthusiastic group of Lawyers that have worked within the Derbyshire area for many years offering tailored Conveyancing Services to people in the local community. We can also undertake the Legal Administration of a deceased person’s Estate and can help you with the preparation of a Will and/or Power of Attorney.

Unlike some traditional law firms, we do not close for lunch and are open from 9 am until 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and there is always a member of staff on hand to assist you.
