Claire Williamson

Claire joined the firm in February 2022 and is a Partner and Head of our Private Client department based at our Ripley office. Graduating from Nottingham Trent University in 2008 and completing her Legal Practice Course in 2009, Claire worked and trained with firms in the East Midlands before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2015. Claire has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Will drafting, Administration of Estates, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters and Estate and Inheritance Tax Planning. Claire has a friendly, clear and straightforward approach to providing advice on complex legal issues. In her spare time Claire has a passion for the outdoors; biking, walking, camping and skiing and when time allows enjoys holidays with her family.
